At Escape Hannover, 2-28 people play in 3 classic themed rooms and 10 VR escape rooms right in the Tiedthof. Choose between first-class classic puzzle rooms, stunning digital VR escape rooms or a range of VR experiences in our VR arcade, or combine the classic with the digital for something that is entirely yours.

Put all your senses to the test, crack our tricky puzzles and grow together as a team. But watch out: the clock is ticking!

With us you will find three one-of-a-kind themed rooms in Hannover: the expedition into the Hannover Dungeon as a Medieval Room, the trials of Harry's School of Magic and the demanding Bitcoin Conspiracy, a crime story for pros. Plus VR escape rooms like Alice im Wunderland, Pyramid Room, Beyond Medusa's Gate, Mission Sigma, Frozen Castle, The Prison and Escape The Worlds.

The right experience for every occasion: children's birthday party, birthday celebrations, stag or hen parties, team building & company outings, Christmas parties, school trips or simply things to do in Hannover. For teams who want an evaluation there is the Performance Lab, also for large groups and large groups of up to 28 people in Combo Mode. The highest combo participant numbers are exceptional capacities with less space per person. Regular limits for individual room bookings remain unchanged.

Book now and find out why we're the first choice for fun team building and one-of-a-kind adventures in Hannover, with our fun guarantee: no fun, no money. After 10 minutes you can stop at no cost.

Fancy even more fun? With Escape & Eat: crack the puzzles, then tuck in, with a free soft drink!

Whether you call it an escape game, a room escape or an escape room: it's the same live adventure, and with us in the Tiedthof you can play it both hands-on and in VR.

What is a live escape room?

Hands-on puzzle adventures, experienced together.
As a team you race the clock in themed rooms, find hidden objects, solve clever puzzles and uncover secrets found nowhere else. Set off on a journey of discovery for all the senses and live through an adventurous story in 60 minutes, with the ending in your own hands. More info HERE.

Your safety matters to us.
The thrill of an escape room is finding the final key or completing the final task within 60 minutes. The whole time, you and your team are accompanied by a game master on video and audio who can always step in. All our rooms have emergency systems that let players leave the room at any time under their own steam.

What does virtual reality (VR) mean here?

VR escape rooms and more, experienced together
Let us whisk you away to fantastic worlds and play exciting VR escape rooms as a team. Our 8 linked VR systems usually have room for up to 6 people in one world and let you enjoy cooperative escape rooms together within 60 minutes. There are also a few titles for groups of up to 8, and we can run games in parallel too, for example 2 escape rooms at the same time with 4 people each, or adventure worlds for 4 vs 4 and every player for themselves. More info HERE.

From what age can you play here?

Our escape rooms suit mixed groups of any age. Families or friends with at least 2 people over 10 along can bring children. The average age of the group shouldn't drop much below 14. Under-10s play free of charge, but each child needs an adult with them in the room.

Groups of children on their own:
From the age of 10, several of our offers work well for groups of children on their own, see the Kids Specials. Up to the age of 16 an adult supervisor has to come along; from 16 they can play unaccompanied.

Do you have flyers?

Yes! You are welcome to pick them up from us on site, or download our flyer here:
