Frozen Castle

High up in the snow-covered mountains stands the Frozen Castle, a mysterious place where the keepers of winter once watched over the balance of the seasons. But the royal family has vanished without a trace, and ever since the frost has held the world in its icy grip. Now it's up to you to wake the ancient heart of winter and put things right again. Face the challenges of the frozen castle together, brave snow, storms and hidden puzzles, and show real team spirit before the eternal winter freezes everything solid.

WARNING: VERY HARD! If you're new to virtual reality or escape rooms, beginner-friendly rooms such as the Pyramid Room, Mission Sigma or the Christmas Room are the better choice.

Frozen Castle is also the final part of Escape Worlds, our XXL offer.

Important information

*FUN GUARANTEE:

  • If you're not enjoying yourselves after all, you can stop the session after 10 minutes and you won't pay a thing.

Virtual Reality

  • If you feel unwell while playing VR, take off the headset and let our team know. You can take a break at any time.
  • Our comfortable VR headsets also work if you wear glasses. If your own glasses are noticeably large, we'd still recommend contact lenses for your own comfort. We also recommend comfortable shoes, loose clothing and no up-dos or headwear of any kind. Unfortunately we can't take any liability for scratches or damage to your own glasses caused by wearing the VR headset.
  • In VR you move freely around the room, so you need to be reasonably mobile.

Children & teenagers

  • Individual children aged 10 and over, for example as part of a family group, are very welcome, as long as an adult comes along. With VR, body height matters more than age. We recommend VR from age 10; the VR adventure worlds often work from about 7 or 8.
  • For groups made up only of children between 10 and 14, please book our children's offers "Kids Special" and "VR adventure worlds".
  • Groups of teenagers between 14 and 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 upwards, no supervision is needed.

Discounts

  • School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get a 5 € discount per person if they show a matching ID when they arrive.

Cancellation

  • Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
  • If it looks like fewer people will come than the minimum number of participants of a booking, you need to cancel it by email in good time or reduce it by one room. Alternatively you can keep the booking for all rooms and pay for the minimum number of participants.

Payment

  • Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Payment by invoice is available for companies, institutions and school groups when needed. Private groups normally pay on site. We create it after you have played and send it by email. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
  • You can change the number of participants free of charge when you arrive, as long as it stays inside the range you booked. You then only pay for the people who are actually there. If the number falls outside the booked range, you need to tell us by email (see also cancellation).
  • Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).

It goes without saying that we expect you sober and free of any mind-altering substances. Breaking this rule can mean you're excluded without refund (see our terms and conditions).
