• If, against all expectations, you're not enjoying an experience within the first 10 minutes, you can stop the session and leave without paying.

Children & teenagers

• Individual children under the age of 14, for example as part of a family group, are very welcome and are actually a big help when it comes to searching. There should be one adult looking after each child, and at least two adults in the escape room altogether.
• For groups made up only of children between 10 and 14, we'd ask you to book one of our children's offers, “Kids Special” or “VR adventure worlds”.
• Groups of teenagers between 14 and 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 onwards, no supervision is needed.

Discounts

• Children under 10 get in free. The rule here: at least one adult per child.
• School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get a 5 € discount per person when they show a suitable ID here on the day.

Cancellation

• Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
• If fewer people turn up than the minimum number of participants of a booking allows, one room has to be cancelled by email. Alternatively you can play the booked rooms with fewer people, but you'll pay for the minimum number of participants of the booking.

Payment

• Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Payment by invoice is available for companies, institutions and school groups when needed. Private groups normally pay on site. We create it after you have played and send it by email. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
• The number of participants can be changed here on the day free of charge, as long as it stays within the booked range. You'll then only pay for the people who actually take part. If the number of participants falls outside the booked range, you'll need to let us know by email (see also Cancellation).
• Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).

Virtual reality

• If you feel unwell while playing VR, take off the headset and let our team know. You can take a break at any time.
• If you're anxious about heights, we'd recommend our classic rooms instead.
• Our comfortable VR headsets also work for people who wear glasses. If your usual glasses are unusually large, we'd still suggest contact lenses for your own comfort. We'd also recommend comfortable shoes, loose clothing and no up-dos or headwear of any kind. We can't accept liability for scratches or damage to your own glasses caused by wearing the VR headset.
• VR escape rooms require sufficient mobility. Ubisoft's rooms (Pyramid Room and Medusa Room) are only suitable from a height of 150 cm.
