Important information
*Fun guarantee!
- If, against all expectations, you’re not enjoying it within the first 10 minutes, you can stop and leave without paying.
Group size
- We recommend at least 4 children: it's simply more fun and usually easier.
Children & teenagers
- The Kids Special isn’t suitable for groups made up only of children under 10.
- Children under 10 can take part as part of a family or mixed group, with one adult providing one-to-one supervision for each child. The offer is not intended for groups made up only of under-10s.
- For groups of teenagers and children aged 10 to 16, an adult supervisor is required.
- Individual children under 14, for example as part of a family group, can book the normal escape offers. Here too, one-to-one care by adults must be guaranteed, and there must be at least two adults per room in total.
- Also have a look at our “VR adventure worlds” for up to 16 people as an option if you are a larger group of children or splitting up is fine.
Discounts
- One supervisor gets in free (and should join in with the puzzles if possible).
- School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get 5 € off per person when they show a valid ID here.
Cancellation
- Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
- If fewer people turn up than the minimum number of participants for a booking, a room needs to be cancelled by email. Alternatively you can play the rooms you booked with fewer people, but you pay for the minimum number of participants for the booking.
Payment
- Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Payment by invoice is available for companies, institutions and school groups when needed. Private groups normally pay on site. We create it after you have played and send it by email. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
- The number of participants can be changed here free of charge, as long as it stays within the range you booked. You then only pay for the people who actually turn up. If the number falls outside the booked range, you need to let us know by email (see also Cancellation).
- Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).
Of course we expect you to come sober and free of any mind-altering substances; taking them leads to immediate exclusion from the game (see our terms and conditions).
